Today, I’d like to talk to you about paying attention to your thoughts.
If you believe in yourself, have self-confidence, are self-assured and have positive thoughts about your future, you’re going get those results.
By the same token, if you have negative thoughts, if you run yourself down or you know that you’ve got low self-esteem and self-confidence but you beat yourself up further and not try and talk yourself up, whatever’s in your mind is ultimately going to be the result.
Positive thoughts have positive outcomes. Negative thoughts have negative outcomes. If you’ve got problems in your life, or things that you’re worried about, a negative thought will never make a negative situation better. Never. We cannot have negative thoughts about a negative situation and expect a positive outcome.
This is a well-known poem that really helps explain the fact that whatever thoughts we have in our mind about ourselves, determines our every success and failure.
The Man Who THINKS He CAN

If you think you dare not, you don’t.
If you’d like to win, but you think you can’t,
It is almost a certain you won’t.
If you think you’ll lose, you’re lost;

Success begins with a fellow’s will

So my friends, have positive thoughts about yourself, your life, your situation. If you’ve got negative things or problems in your life be aware of what you’re thinking about them and have hope.
The best starting point to turn things around is to say ‘it is what it is’. Accept it as it is. Then start every sentence in your mind with the word ‘hopefully’. Hope is the best place to start from a bad situation. Hopefully, things will be better. Hopefully, this will turn itself around. Now you’re on your way up the emotional ladder.
My message for you is be positive about your thoughts, visualise, use your mind, create that what you want and feel good, feel good, feel good.
